Miller Real Estate Advisors is committed to providing institutional quality appraisals with integrity and accountability. Jeff Miller, MAI, CCIM has experience in the commercial real estate industry in fee appraising, appraisal review, underwriting, origination, and portfolio valuations.

- The Appraisal Institute (MAI) – Officer/Board of Directors for the Atlanta Chapter
- Litigation Certificate Registry since 2009 – (only appraiser in Georgia as of August 2010)

Fees will vary depending on the required turnaround time, complexity of the property, and the type of report and service required. Fees are quoted on a fixed or hourly rate.
Reports can be delivered in both electronic and bound formats.
All work strictly complies with the ethics and standards of the Appraisal Institute and the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP).
